We handle two distinct categories of data for two different purposes:

A) Data for Core Functionality (AI-Powered Expert Feedback)

This data is essential for the extension to perform its main function, and it is only handled when you actively click to analyze a webpage.

What is collected:

• Page Screenshots: Full-page visual captures of the websites you choose to analyze
• HTML Content: The webpage's DOM structure and content for AI analysis
• Page URLs: The web addresses of pages you submit for review

How it's handled:

• Your authentication tokens are stored securely in your browser
• Screenshots and HTML content are uploaded to our secure servers for AI processing
• Our AI agents analyze this content to provide expert feedback from UX, Accessibility, Product Management, Marketing, Legal, Content, and User Experience perspectives
• Analysis results are stored in your workspace for future reference

B) Data for Product Improvement (Analytics)

To understand how our extension is used and how to make it better, we collect anonymous usage data.

What is collected:

• Usage Patterns: How you interact with the extension's interface (e.g., which agents you view, buttons clicked)
• Performance Data: How long reviews take and success/failure rates
• Anonymous Interaction Data: Information about feature usage to guide improvements

Why it's collected:

• Understanding which expert feedback types are most valuable helps us improve our AI agents

AI Processing: Your webpage content is processed by our secure AI systems to generate expert feedback. The analysis results, including reviews and findings from each expert agent (UX, Accessibility, Product Management, etc.), are stored in your workspace for future reference.

Other than the above, we do not share, sell, or rent any of your data with any other third parties, unless strictly required to do so by law.

3. Your Absolute Right to Control Your Data

You have complete control over your data.

How to Delete Your Review Data:

• Contact us at privacy@skippr.ai to request deletion of individual reviews or all your review data
• We will process your deletion request promptly

How to Revoke Access:

• Sign out of the extension and uninstall it from your browser
• This immediately stops all data collection and processing

4. Data Storage and Security

• Authentication Tokens: Stored securely on your local device only.
• Review Data: Stored securely on our servers with encryption at rest and in transit.

5. Chrome Web Store Limited Use Disclosure

The use of information received from Chrome APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We use Chrome extension capabilities solely to:

• Capture screenshots of pages you choose to analyze
• Display our interface and feedback overlays
• Store your extension settings securely
• Provide secure user authentication
